After years with Timbercreek Veterinary Practice, Dr. Chris Morrow branched out on his own along with his wife Kristi,opening the Mobile Veterinary Practice January 1, 2006. Dr. Morrow specializes in Equine Sports Medicine and Equine Reproduction. Chris is a 1997 graduate of Colorado State University Veterinary Program. He enjoys his off time team roping and spending time with his wife, Kristi and their 2 children Maci and Jonas.
Following graduation from Colorado State University in 1997, Dr. Tom Portillo spent 3 years practicing in New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado where he focused on equine medicine and large animal production medicine. Tom moved to Amarillo in 2008 to work in the pharmaceutical industry focusing on post approval research and technical support while filling in at MVP. He is at home in Amarillo with his wife Jacque Kay and their four children, Wil, Jarod, Audrey and Veronica.
